Rachel Meade

Rachel Meade had no option for anonymity having been investigated and sanctioned by Social Work England and then suspended and investigated by her employer for merely expressing concern about the impact of gender identity ideology on children and on women’s rights on her own private Facebook page. When Maya Forstater won her case against employers who had sacked her for what an Employment Tribunal agreed were legitimate and protected belief in the reality of sex in defining women and men, Rachel launched a crowd justice appeal (insert link) to take the social work regulator and her employer to an Tribunal. And she won on every count, thus winning the rights of all social workers to challenge the demand that we should recognise gender identity and not sex.

Despite Rachel Meade winning an Employment Tribunal ruling that she had been wrongly discriminated against and harassed by Social Work England and Westminster City Council for her legitimate views on sex and gender, oppression continues. SWE has not apologised and seems intent on opening lengthy and stressful investigations of gender critical/sex realist social worker on the basis of complaints by trans activists.
